Audio levels were fixed shortly that day,
So I think newer files should have it fixed.

This episode was so hard to listen to. Erica's audio was so low and spending so long on how to get her to Dragon Con made for probably your worst podcast thus far. Big fan but this one hurt.

I dont see why you can't ask them to be on your podcast? Your podcast is good. I listen to your show regularly, and I tried to leave some feedback. just dont know if i should sent it through @vincent404 @8bitlifepodcast or here. I love that you brought in some celebrities from the web and at the same time you brought in chatrealmers as guest for your show. Especially us the regular folks talking about geek stuff. It's always fun. Hopefully, I can be a guest too and chat about nerdy stuff some day. lol.

Heck yeah. Saw the film twice during SXSW. Still need to preorder the bluray version. As for Phil, I love the guy. There are a few times I wish this podcast were a bit bigger than it is. Getting Phil and Reunard of Polytron on this podcast would be one of the reasons I wish that. Glad you liked the episode.

I listened to this episode today and my ears perked up when I heard you start discussing the mining of asteroids. Last month I went to an astrophysics lecture at Harvard University which was about asteroids, and the speaker who gave the lecture gave arguments for why the mining of asteroids is a good idea. He claimed we could mine the asteroids for their resources (i.e. gold, platinum, and water), and this endeavor would refocus NASA's space programs so the public would become more interested in exploring outer space. Such multi-billionaires as Larry Page (CEO of Google) and James Cameron (the movie director) are backing this project, and no doubt very soon down the road, Planetary Resources will actually begin the mining process. It's worth looking into to mine the asteroids; you never know what might be out there.

Again the podcast starts out with a request for a survey, but I cannot find a link to the survey to take anywhere, and I clearly cannot remember it.

That being said, and Roberto you can confirm this, I am a huge nine inch nails fan, pretty hate machine being my favorite album. I cant wait to hear the music!

As a kid I had both Transformers and Gobots, and honestly I remember all kids back then (myself included) considering Gobots as a second (cheappy) thing to transformers.

Its his best work. Actually its been rated the best set ever created. It helped spawn the genera of Goa, and the whole concept of sampling sci fi movies for techno. Just make sure you listen to the 1994 mix first. The 2011 remake just does not hold as well.

On the note of music, the Goa Mix by Paul Oakenfold featured samples from Blade Runner. This soundtrack is actually what turned me onto the movie due to the monolouge sampled. You can read about it here. Don't bother with the new release of this set, as it has a lot of the original content removed and a few tracks ruined. The Radio one bootleg is the version to seek.
